Legacy Cable Maintenance Notification

To Our Valued Greenfield Customer:

Starting May 31st, Greenfield Communications will be transitioning the cable TV feed at Rancho Murieta over to the Fiber TV lineup. This will require current legacy cable subscribers to rescan their TV's, please find instructions below on how to rescan your TV. If you require further assistance please reach out to our call center at 1-888-230-0020 and a Call Center Representative will assist you.

As part of this transition, everyone's bill will be reduced from $49 per month to the Fiber TV rate of $40. Additionally, we will be upgrading everyone's speed during the month of June to 20 Mbps/3 Mbps and lower everyone's bill down to $27 a month.

Please find the schedule below for homes that will be affected May 31st and June 1st.

If you have a Motorola set top box, it will need to be replaced with a set top box that is compatible with the new signal. Our scheduling team will be reaching out in the coming days to schedule a swap or you may our 888 number and a Call Center Representative will schedule one for you.
